Employee Opinion Survey Employee Opinion Survey

Each year the Danske Bank Group conducts an Employee Opinion Survey through which all employees are invited to provide feedback on a range of issues which impact their satisfaction, motivation and loyalty.

Outputs enable local and senior managers to pinpoint successes and challenges in their business units and to work with their teams to create a more attractive and productive workplace.

Employee Opinion Survey 2010
In the 2010 survey employees rated their satisfaction levels at their highest since the current survey process started in 2005 and 24 points ahead of the wider Banking and Insurance industry in the UK.  They gave a clear and positive message about the strength of local teams, their line management, the Bank’s position in the local marketplace, the quality of our products and the importance of delivering strong customer service.

Local and senior management will continue to work with their teams to ensure that we continually improve the working environment and make Northern Bank a great place to work.
