Your application

Once you have submitted your application to us, we will confirm that we have received it. Shortly after the application deadline, you will receive a message from us letting you know whether you are being invited to participate in the next stage of the process.

The Selection process
Applicants who progress to the next stage of the process may expect to undertake tests that are relevant to the job applied for and, depending on the outcome, to participate in at least one interview.

Job offer and references
Before you can start working for Northern Bank, we will obtain references from your current and previous employer(s) (if applicable) and from any personal referees named by you on your application. We will only contact your current employer after you have accepted our offer of employment.
