Driving force for best practice and networking
Your main goal will be to support and implement the policies and values of the Danske Banking Concept, which ensures that customers receive the right advice and service. Working actively with regional management and other Branch Managers, your work will involve sharing best practice, strategic management and following up on the performance of the branch.
Your aim will be to maintain and develop a profitable relationship with customers and partners, and to highlight the bank in your local market. You will do this by creating good relationships and networks designed to attract and retain customers, and by establishing new contacts with partners and the local community.
Setting the course for skills development
You are a highly visible, skilled manager who can follow up on your employees' development and performance. You will also define activities and set priorities in order to achieve the business objectives. You will make your branch an attractive place to work, retaining, developing and attracting highly-motivated and skilled colleagues – using individual career plans and effective teams with the right mix of professional and personal skills. You will also need to inspire confidence and set the highest ethical standards.
