This is the ‘front line’ of our employees. Working in 94 locations across Northern Ireland, our retail banking team is the face and voice of Northern Bank.
Communicating with customers daily, and working in a sales and service environment, it is here where the needs of our Personal Banking customers can be met successfully. Opportunities range from Counter Staff and Account Opening to Mortgage Advisors and Executive Banking Managers.
Based at 4 regional Finance Centres across Northern Ireland, our Business Banking team manages the needs of our business and corporate customers. Dealing with customers from Sole Traders to large multinationals, here is where you can be at the cutting edge of business in Northern Ireland.
Offering some of the best business products available in the market, our Business Banking team is proud to work in partnership with some of the most successful companies in the province.
The Treasury Markets team looks after the setting of daily foreign exchange rates and analysis and communication of fluctuations in the Foreign exchange markets. They also provide information to facilitate pricing of fixed lending and deposit rates and manage any interest rate risks.
The Finance department is responsible for accounting, profit and loss reporting and data analysis. They provide financial reports to all areas of the bank and produce annual accounting reports. They also ensure that suppliers are paid and internal accounts are reconciled.
Business Development is an exciting area of the business working on strategy and idea generation to the development and launch of new products and services and customer acquisition strategies. By monitoring sales figures, competitor analysis and customer research, this team has its finger on the pulse of what’s hot in the banking world.
Working closely with the product development team, the Communications team looks after everything from marketing strategy, advertising and customer communications to community programmes, media relations, event management and sponsorships.
