Customer Support can help cardholders in situations when a card has been lost or stolen and needs to be blocked. We will order a new card and make sure that it is sent to the traveller – no matter where in the world he or she happens to be.

You also call Customer Support if you reach the card’s spending limit. Our staff have a comprehensive knowledge of the product and associated offerings available on your card – guaranteeing you first-class service.
