The winners of Northern Bank's Freedom Experience Scholarship – some 20 graduate students from across Northern Ireland – will attend a dedicated three-day academy in Belfast between 25-27 January.
The Academy, guided by a selection of Northern Ireland's leading business people, aims to address the skills gap between third level education and the workplace, providing graduates with the skills they need to make a confident transition into the world of work.
