Individual Development Plan
Your opportunities depend on your capabilities and these are matched to your expressed wishes for your future career.
Every employee has an individual development plan, regardless of their role and position. Your development plan is updated once a year at the appraisal meeting with your immediate manager. For the rest of the year, you and your manager are responsible for ensuring your continuous development through ongoing dialogue.
