As a Business Manager, you are responsible for a portfolio of business customers at one of our finance centres. Working to improve the profitability of individual customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, you help us achieve our targets for customer acquisition, customer retention and new business.

Focal point for good business relationships
You will be responsible for ensuring that we have a sound relationship with key contacts within the customer's organisation. You will also make sure we are offering solutions that meet the customers' needs and create value for the customers as well as for the bank. By building a high-performance team around the customer and sharing your knowledge of best practice, you will help to create a coordinated approach.
The opportunity to interact and to influence results
You are the link between the customer and the rest of the team in Northern Bank. In particular, you are responsible for retaining customers in the portfolio and increasing their satisfaction with the advice and service they receive.
You will also focus on revenues, profitability, the quality of loans and pricing – working closely with the business customer, colleagues and specialists at our Finance Centres.
