As a Service Adviser based in one of our branches you play an important role in influencing the customer’s perception of the Bank as you are often the first person to meet them or to deal with their requirements.
In co-operation with the team within the branch you are responsible for the development of the branch’s portfolio of customers through sales, cross sales and referrals.
