As a Service Adviser working within our Customer Contact Centre you will be the first point of contact for customers who communicate with us by phone and by e-mail.

The role is challenging and rewarding and will offer you the opportunity to develop an expert knowledge of the products and services of Northern Bank. Working in our Customer Contact Centre you will be dealing with a wide range of enquiries and requests, from providing account balances and product information to helping Northern eBanking customers. 

Located in our Head Office at Donegall Square West, Belfast, the centre is equipped with the latest technology and provides a pleasant working environment.
