Northern Bank has been experiencing some problems with its ATM and point of sale network today. Customers can now use their cards in Northern Bank cash machines and for point of sale transactions as normal .
However you may still experience problems using your Northern Bank card at other bank ATMs. We would therefore advise customers to use only Northern Bank ATMs until this is fully resolved.
The problems are the result of a temporary technical fault caused by an external company that supports our ATM and card transactions.
We have been dealing with this urgently to restore service as quickly as possible. We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience this temporary fault may have caused.
