Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Prize draw to win one Samsung Netbook every month from August 2012 to November 2012 inclusive.
2. Northern Bank Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or equivalent value. No cash alternative can be substituted for the prize.
3. Open to all new customers of Northern Bank Limited aged 18 years or over, who have registered and logged on to Business eBanking by midnight on the last day of each month in which a draw is taking place All entries are automatic for customers who register and log on to Business eBanking by midnight on the last day of each month.
4. All existing customers aged 18 years or over, who have already registered for Business eBanking and who log on to Business eBanking by midnight on the last day of each month in which a draw is taking place will be automatically entered in the prize draw.
5. If you do not wish your details to be entered in the draws, you can advise us by emailing us at R31BT@northernbank.co.uk or by writing to us at Business eBanking Customer Prize Draw, c/o Northern Bank, Business Development, Mezzanine Floor, Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JS, providing us with your name, address and agreement number. All requests to opt out must be received by the last working day of the month prior to the draw taking place. If you opt out but then wish to re-enter the draw, you can advise us by emailing us at R31BT@northernbank.co.uk or by writing to us at Business eBanking Customer Prize Draw, c/o Northern Bank, Business Development, Mezzanine Floor, Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JS, providing us with your name, address and agreement number. All requests to re enter the draw must be received by the last working day of the month prior to the draw taking place.
6. If you do not meet the criteria for automatic entry outlined above and are aged 18 years or over you can request entry to the prize draw by mailing us at Business eBanking Customer Prize Draw, c/o Northern Bank, Business Development, Mezzanine Floor, Donegall Square West, BT1 6JS providing us with your name, address and contact number. All requests to enter must be received by the last working day of the month prior to the draw taking place.
7. Entry to the prize draw is not open to employees of Northern Bank Limited, its subsidiaries, agents or anyone connected with the prize draw.
8. Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase or registration and log on to Business eBanking is necessary. Entry is restricted to one entry per person. Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these rules.
9. The prize draw will be made on the last business day of each month (September, October, November and December) or on the next working day thereafter by an independent person. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all entries logged by midnight on the last day of the month prior to the draw taking place.
10. The prize draw winner will be contacted within 10 working days of the prize draw. The prize will be issued within 15 working days of the prize draw.
11. By accepting the prize recipients agree to their name and county being disclosed and agree to take part in promotional activity. Details of the winners (name and county only) will be supplied, one month after the draw, on receipt of a SAE at Business Development, Northern Bank Limited, Donegall Square West, Belfast BT1 6JS. No other correspondence will be entered into.
12. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Prize will no longer be available to that person without any liability to us. A new winner will be chosen at random.
