For Business eBanking to work satisfactorily, we recommend the following as minimum specifications for your PC and local network:

- All communication with the Bank takes place via the TCP/IP protocol. To communicate with the Bank, you have to open port 443. For file exchange with the Bank in Business Online, port 1414 must be open too.

Other requirements
- You must have Oracle Java (1.5.0 or newer) installed on your PC.
