You can set up a standing order to transfer a certain amount from your account to a foreign bank on a recurring basis. Simply visit one of our branches. To set up a standing order, you need to know the payee's IBAN and SWIFT code

Advantages and details
The advantage of using a standing order is that you do not have to remember making a payment every time it is due.

  • the payment amount and the date of the month for the payment.
  • the foreign bank's BIC/SWIFT code.
  • the number of the account held with the foreign bank in IBAN format as well as the exact name and address of the bank and individual branch.

Prices and conditions
We do not charge to set up a standing order, however standard international fees as published in the Fees and service charges explained – foreign payments leaflet will apply each time a payment is made.
