Our foreign exchange services include supplying currency and related services. You can sell back any unused foreign currency and traveller's cheques, fees and service charges may apply. Some of our services are available to our
account holders only, and you may need your eBanking identifiers.
How do you order foreign currency in advance?
You can order foreign currency and travellers cheques in
eBanking, at a
branch. You will need your eBanking identifiers to order foreign currency.
Where can you pick up the currency? To pick up your order from one of our
branches, simply select a branch when you place the order.
Can somebody else pick up your currency? The currency may be picked up, by arrangement with the branch, by someone else provided the person in question is authorised to use your account.
