You can safely use Northern eBanking to send a message to us through our secure email feature.

Unlike ordinary email, messages sent via secure email are encrypted so you can safely include confidential information in the messages you send to us.

How to use Northern eBanking’s secure mail function
Northern eBanking’s secure email function allows you to read and send messages directly to and from the Bank. To send a secure email message, just take the steps below:

  • Log on to eBanking
  • Select 'Contact us'
  • Select 'New Message'
  • Type in a message

When you click 'Send message' you will be asked to sign the message using the password that you always use for Northern eBanking.
