With a fixed rate mortgage, the interest rate is fixed for an agreed period, which means your repayments will stay the same during this time.

Whether we grant you any of our credit facilities depends on your age and circumstances.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Minimum loan amount £30,000 (reduced to £10,000 for our existing mortgage customers)

Choose any repayment term up to 30 years or until you reach normal retirement age (whichever is sooner)

No higher lending charge
A portable mortgage
If you repay part or all of your loan within the fixed rate period, there will be an early repayment charge
At the end of the fixed rate period, your loan will revert to our standard variable rate mortgage
