This mortgage tracks the Northern Bank Base Rate for the full term of the loan and any changes to our Base Rate will be passed on to you immediately.

The rate payable on our Base Rate Tracker mortgage is determined by the Loan to Value (LTV). 

Whether we grant you any of our credit facilities depends on your age and circumstances.
Your home is security for your mortgage.  Other security may be required.
