At the main menu, you will be guided simply and easily through the service options available, with prompts and automated voice recordings to help you at every stage. There is also a Help desk on hand if you need further assistance.
Few fees
Registering for 24 Hour Telephone Banking won't cost you a penny, and any calls you make to the service will be charged at local rates, no matter where you are in the United Kingdom. And if you are abroad, you can call our international telephone number 00 44 28 9004 9212 at international rates.
There is no charge for using the 24 Hour Telephone Banking service, for example, to pay your bills through your day-to-day banking account. However, if you pay your bills or transfer funds from your Northern Bank credit card accounts, these transactions will be treated as cash advances and charged accordingly. The only other fees are your standard account fees, the details of which are available at your local branch.
